Home Page

The Home Page is the landing page when you log in to your Nintex Process Manager site. The Home Page is the hub of all your activities in Nintex Process Manager. It allows you to easily access different areas of the application.

Main navigation bar

The main navigation bar is displayed at the top on all screens and has the following tabs.

Processes Documents Automation Systems My Dashboard Search

The Risks, Improvements, and Training Add-on tabs are displayed only if your organisation has access and you have been assigned the required permissions.

Above the navigation bar you can quickly access your profile, log out of Nintex Process Manager, or adjust administration and configuration settings if you have access. There is also an easy-to-find Help menu with helpful resources.

Profile settings

From the Home Page you can check your Nintex Process Manager profile overview. There is the opportunity to provide feedback on your Nintex Process Manager experience, modify settings and review your level of engagement. Click image to view details.

The My Profile menu allows you to customise your Nintex Process Manager avatar image, request changes in your roles and responsibilities, and update your password if required.

  • Click edit under your avatar OR on the top right-hand corner of the screen, click the drop-down list next to your name, and then click My Profile.

Change profile picture or avatar
  1. Click editnext to your name.
  2. Click to select an existing avatar or click Choose File to upload a new file.
  3. Click Select.
Request role change
  1. In the profile section, click Request Role Change.
  2. Complete the email template provided and click Send. This email is sent to the Nintex Process Manager Promaster.
Request responsibility change
  1. In the profile section, click Request Responsibility Change.
  2. Complete the email template provided and click Send. This email is sent to the Nintex Process Manager Promaster.
Change Password
  1. In the Change My Password section, type Current Password, then type the New Password twice.
  2. Click Change Password.
Change Time Zone
  1. In the Change My Time Zone section, select the Manually set time zone check box.
  2. Select the required time zone from the drop-down list.
Access Tokens Promaster A Nintex Promapp system administrator who administers a Nintex Promapp site and has rights to view and edit all areas of a Nintex Promapp site. privilege is required. For more information, see access tokens.

Setting up your profile

Admin settings

The Admin drop-down list is available on the top right-hand corner and provides access to configuration settings for your Nintex Process Manager site. For more information, see Administration.

Recent processes and dashboard summary

The Home Page allows you to search for processes and displays your favourite and recently viewed processes and documents. The Dashboard summary highlights items that require attention. For more information, see Dashboard.
