Upload and Link documents

Good processes are supported by great documentation. Nintex Process Manager allows you to add documents in a variety of formats to the processes you capture. Nintex Process Manager has the capacity to store all your documentation, whether its text, images, or videos. You can link from Nintex Process Manager to your intranet, document management system, or the internet.

Your documents are managed through the Documents page, also called the document library. Nintex Process Manager associates documents with process groups, not just individual processes, so you're able to use them multiple times. The Document Library lists your documents in one place for easy management.

To access the Documents page:

  • Go to Documents > All Documents. The list of documents is displayed.

The document list can be filtered with the process group list on the left or the document type tabs across the top.
