Release 4.26.10

New features

  • Document Archive Validation - Documents linked to Training & Competency Records — whether linked to Training Units or Competency records — can no longer be archived while those links are active. The Edit Document Properties drawer now clearly displays all associated training records with a counter, making it easy to see what's linked before acting.

  • Email Process Modal Improvements - Sending a process via email is now easier. The modal is now larger, the message text area defaults to 12 rows, the Minimode URL displays neatly on a single line.

Performance improvements and resolved issues

  • Resolved an issue where screenshots taken at the end of a Process Capture recording were not being included when generating the process.

  • Resolved an issue where user actions were not always captured correctly during recording.

  • Resolved an issue where Risk Managers were not receiving process approval notifications on the Dashboard when a process was submitted for approval.

  • Resolved an issue where the Action tab became disabled after an Incident was re-opened and then re-closed.

  • Resolved an issue where sharing a specific Process Variation was not being honored, allowing users to access other variations through the shared link.

  • Resolved an issue where multi-selecting processes in the lookup modal were not working as expected.

  • Resolved an issue where the Process Group page did not update after importing a group from a file, requiring a manual refresh to see the newly imported content.

  • Resolved an issue where Process Capture became unresponsive when generating process content.

  • Resolved an issue where Process Capture would not include the final part of the capture as part of the generation context.

  • Process Change Log Enhancements -The Process Change Log report now surfaces all change events, including 'Process Created' and 'Submitted for Approval', giving users a complete audit trail without needing to review each process individually.

  • Process ID in Approval Reports -The Processes Awaiting Approval by Approver and Process Approval Workflow Status CSV exports now include a unique Process ID, making it easier to relate approval data across reports.

  • AI Process Generator – Expanded Prompt Size Support -The AI Process Generator now supports up to 30,000 characters (previously 3,000) in the Additional Instructions field, allowing users to provide more detailed instructions when generating processes. AI prompt quality has also been improved, delivering more accurate and relevant outputs.

Performance improvements and resolved issues

  • Resolved an issue where users with hidden ownership relationships in the Incident, Risk, and Treatment Management modules could not be deleted.

  • Resolved an issue where intermittent SQL connectivity failures were causing transient errors and request failures across the application.

  • Resolved an issue where the Email Process modal was too small to use comfortably. The modal size has been increased; the message text area now displays 12 rows by default; and the Minimode URL displays on a single line.

  • Resolved an issue where publishing a process would fail on the first attempt and return a version conflict error on retry, preventing processes from being published.

  • Resolved an issue where authenticating via a Minimode link would redirect users to the full in-app Process Group instead of the Minimode view.

  • Resolved an issue where uploading a document within a process without selecting a Process Group would incorrectly associate the document with the top-level site group.

  • Resolved an issue where users could not be deleted. Users with existing Ownerships and Rights will now receive a validation message, while users without existing ownerships, and partially created users, can be deleted successfully.

  • Resolved an issue where Lean Tags were not displaying when opening the Lean Tag Panel.
