Managing shared activity process variations

The Process Variant Management Add-on helps you to simplify the management and control of process variations. The Process Variant Management Add-on allows you to share content across processes that belong to a similar category. Use the Process Variant Management Add-on to:

  • Simplify the management of multiple processes.
  • Eliminate duplicate processes.
  • Meet the requirements of specific locations, products, services, or customers.
  • Capture variations across your organisation.
  • Share activities between processes.

Example:  If you require a set of processes with small differences across different areas, you can create a variation of a single process or create several variations within a variation category. You can then easily share and track shared content across the variations. To use process variations navigate to Admin > Variation.
