Nintex K2 for SharePoint: Hello World (Basic Version) Tutorial

  • This content uses the legacy Nintex K2 for SharePoint app. For more information about using the new Nintex Automation for SharePoint app, see Adding the App.

In this tutorial, you learn how to build a simple "Hello World" style workflow with the SharePoint app. This tutorial introduces basic workflow concepts, and includes working with the Data, Workflow, and Reports components of a SharePoint application.

If you want to learn a little more about the application you are about to build and how it will behave, review the design of the application in the topic Hello World (Basic Design)

For this scenario we use sample users. You can create your own test users to work with. Depending on the type of scenario you build, you may need to configure specific security settings such as Designer authorization for these users. For more information about managing your environment see the Administer section.
