K2 Management Console

The Management Console in K2 Workspace is superseded by the K2 Management Site and you should use the K2 Management Site to administer your K2 environment, rather than Management Console in K2 Workspace. (In certain cases you may need to use the Management Console in K2 Workspace to perform tasks that are not exposed in the K2 Management Site.)

The K2 Workspace Management Console contains management applications used to configure server options and connections within the K2 platform. This feature is typically used by process managers, server managers, and other authorized IT specialists and administrators.

To access the K2 Management Console:

  1. Hover the Management tab, and click the Management Console option.
  2. The discovered K2 servers in your environment will load in the left-hand window. Clicking on the server name will open the management application nodes:

    WorkspaceExposes some configuration options for K2 Workspace.
