Assets

Assets are components in a solution, such as workflows, tables, apps, and documents. Assets provide the functionality and content that can be managed, packaged, and deployed with the solution.
The Assets page displays the list of assets in a solution. You can view and manage the assets you have access to. Assets are grouped by asset type, such as workflows, tables, apps, and documents. You can:

  • Create, open, edit, and delete assets.

  • Configure assets like tables and workflows or view instances.

  • Manage asset details and permissions.

Jump to:

View assets in a solution

  1. Go to Solutions > All solutions.

  2. Select the solution you want to access from the list. This opens a list of assets in the solution.

Create and manage assets

  1. Go to Solutions > All solutions.

  2. Create a new solution, or select an existing solution to open it. For more information, see Create a solution

  3. On the Assets page, select Create asset and choose the type of asset you want to create. Follow the prompts and save it.

Create a package

Creates a package to group and manage related assets within the solution.
  Import asset Import an asset by selecting a file and providing a name.
  Create asset Create an asset, such as a workflow, table, app, or document.
Assets Apps Displays the apps in the solution. Expand to view available apps.
  Documents Displays the documents in the solution. Expand to view available documents.
  Tables Displays the tables in the solution. Expand to view available tables.
  Table forms Displays the table forms in the solution. Expand to view available table forms.
  Workflows Displays the workflows in the solution. Expand to view available workflows.
