The Document Wizards allow certain actions to be automatically applied to a document during the Workflow. Expanding the K2 Designer for SharePoint Document Wizard displays the standard document wizards as shown below:

Feature | What it is |

Check-in Document | Will check the document into the Document Library. Click and drag this wizard icon onto the designated area on the design canvas to start the wizard |
Check-out Document | Will check the document out of the Document Library. Click and drag this wizard icon onto the designated area on the design canvas to start the wizard |
Delete Document | Deletes the document from the Document Library. Click and drag this wizard icon onto the designated area on the design canvas to start the wizard |
Copy Document | Allows a document to be copied from a specific Document Library to another. Click and drag this wizard icon onto the designated area on the design canvas to start the wizard |
Move Document | Moves the document from the original Document Library to a different Document Library specified by the user in the wizard. Click and drag this wizard icon onto the designated area on the design canvas to start the wizard |
Update Document | Will update the document. Click and drag this wizard icon onto the designated area on the design canvas to start the wizard |
Add Document Reference | Creates a re-usable Workflow object within the K2 Environment that contains data referring to a specific Document Library |
Create Document Set | Automatically creates a document set as part of the Workflow |
Create Folder | Automatically creates a folder as part of the Workflow |
