The Workflow Steps section in the K2 Designer for SharePoint is an easy access point for all the building blocks necessary to build dynamic business applications. The Workflow Steps section contains the Wizard Category Drop down that is an easy way to access all the wizards as well as all the outcome templates available in the designer.

Feature | What it is |

General | Configures the step to send an e-mail during the Workflow, set the folio or set data fields |
Documents | Lists a number of standard wizards that relate to the handling of documents such as moving a document |
Lists | Lists a number of standard wizards that relate to the handling of list items such as moving a list item |
InfoPath | The InfoPath Wizards allow integration with InfoPath documents. These wizards are only available with InfoPath Integration on a SharePoint Form Library |
Active Directory | The Active Directory Wizards allow certain Active Directory based actions to be automatically performed during the Workflow |
Exchange | The Exchange Wizards allow the configuration of the Microsoft Exchange Server as part of the Workflow |
CRM | The CRM Wizards allows the configuration of the Microsoft CRM Entities as part of the Workflow |
Word | The Word Wizards allow Word documents to be created or updated automatically as part of the Workflow |
Outcome Templates | Contains the standard templates that can be dragged and dropped onto the design canvas to configure predefined outcomes for the step |
