K2 Workflow Wizards - CRM Wizards
The CRM Wizards allow certain actions to be automatically performed during the Workflow. These actions are displayed on the navigation bar as displayed below:

Create Entity Item |
The Create Entity Wizard enables a K2 Workflow to interact with an existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server and create an entity. |
Update Entity Item |
The Update Entity Wizard will update an Entity Instance that is available on the CRM Server. |
Delete Entity Item |
The Delete Entity item deletes an existing Entity Item Instance that is found on the CRM Server. |
Add Entity Item Reference |
The Add Entity Item Reference wizard is used to create a re-usable Workflow object within the K2 Environment that contains data referring to a specific CRM Entity. |

Note: The AppPool account used for the K2 Designer for SharePoint must have full rights on the CRM server. |
