The Word Document Wizards allow Word documents to be created or updated automatically during the Workflow. Expanding the K2 Designer for SharePoint Word Document Wizards displays the standard Word document wizards as shown below:

Add Document Reference | Will create a re-usable Workflow object within the K2 Environment that contains data referring to a specific Document Library |
Convert Documents | Will convert a Word document(s) into the specified format and save it to the SharePoint library specified . Click and drag this wizard icon onto the designated area on the design canvas to start the wizard |
Create Document | Will create a Word document in the specified SharePoint library. Click and drag this wizard icon onto the designated area on the design canvas to start the wizard |
Update Document Content Control | Will update the content control of a Word document. Click and drag this wizard icon onto the designated area on the design canvas to start the wizard |
