Usage details
Click Customer Central to access your license entitlement and usage information in Nintex Customer Central. Customer Central is a self-service portal that you can use to request license keys and see contracts and entitlements, product usage, and more.
Published workflows that are not limited action workflows are counted towards your workflow usage. Each tenant has a subscription entitlement to determine how many production and development workflows can be published. The type of the workflow or the assigned use is selected when publishing the workflow.
Some actions are considered as non-billable actions and are not counted towards the action count in a workflow.
Important: Limited action workflows and a billable action count are not applicable to the new Nintex Automation licensing types. Each completed instance in a production tenant counts toward workflow usage under the new licensing types. For information about the new licensing, see Licensing and packages.
Limited action workflows are not counted towards the workflow allowance for the tenant. A workflow is considered a limited action workflow when it has five or less billable actions and does not include any of the following actions:
- Call a workflow
-
Start a Nintex RPA LE botflow
- Call a web service
-
Custom Xtension actions
Note: A workflow that includes any of the above listed actions will not be considered a limited action workflow even if the workflow has less than five actions.
Non-billable actions are actions that are not counted towards the action count in a workflow. For example, if a workflow has four billable actions and two non-billable actions, the action count of the workflow will be four as the non-billable actions are not counted.
The actions listed below are non-billable workflow actions:
- Log to instance details
- Nintex Insights Beacon
- Nintex Insights Beginning beacon
- Nintex Insights Ending beacon
- Pause for duration
- Set instance name
