Before you start 

Configure the Microsoft Teams - Add link to a channel tab action

In the Designer page: 

  1. Click the Microsoft Teams action group in the action toolbox.

    or

    Find actions by browsing action groups or by typing an action name or function in the Search field at the top of the action toolbox.

  2. Drag the Microsoft Teams - Add link to a channel tab action to the point in the workflow when you want to add a link to a channel tab.
  3. Click the Microsoft Teams - Add link to a channel tab action.
  4. Select a Connection.

  5. Select the Team that can access the new tab with a link.
  6. Note: Team drop-down list displays a maximum of up to 999 teams. If you want to select a team that is not in the list, you need to insert a variable in the Team field.

  1. Select the Channel where you want the new tab to appear.
  2. Type a Tab name to identify your new tab.
  3. Type the URL of the webpage you want to be viewable inside the channel.
  4. In Store tab ID, assign a variable to store the ID of the new tab. You can use this ID later in your workflow to reference the new tab.
