K2 Process Portals - The K2 Process Portal Interface
A K2 Process Portal site provides process specific information and management options. These options are arranged within Instance Management, Reports, Process Management, Administration, and Settings Tabs on the left side of the portal interface. Within the main viewing area of the portal the user will see brief reports on Process and the Management Worklist, as well as the user's personal Worklist, as demonstrated below:
If no processes have been associated with the Process Portal then the summary parts will contain a prompt for the administrator to add a process from the settings page.
