Menu Bar
The Menu Bar provides a variety of menus allowing you to use the commands in Nintex Bot.
Note: The Open SQL menu item is unavailable for the Beginner permission level.
Menu Bar descriptions

Save the botflow and overwrite the latest botflow version. Save the botflow using a different file name. Save the botflow as a new version with a new description. |
| Export | - | Exports the open botflow and saves it in a selected local or network directory location with a .rpa extension. |
| Import | - | Imports a botflow that has a .rpa, .fox, or .fsp extension, and is saved in a selected local or network directory location, into the open botflow. After selecting the existing botflow, click Import As a New Version or Start a New Botflow. |
| Bulk Export | Exports all saved botflows and saves them to a selected local or network directory location with a .rpa extension. In the Export Folder field, enter the file path where the botflows should be saved and click OK. |

| Bulk Import | Imports all botflows in a selected local or network directory location that have a .rpa extension. In the Import Folder field, enter the file path where the botflows are located and click OK. If the botflows that you want to import have a .fox or .fsp extension, you must first import them individually and upgrade them. |
