General settings

Define the title and description of your form, configure Location services for the Geolocation and Address control in web-based forms, and allow or deny form submissions for forms with data variables.

Form details	Title	The name of the form that will be displayed in the following pages: Workflows > Tasks page My Nintex > Forms page My Nintex > Tasks page Browser tab (This is applicable only if the form is opened from a Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox browser.)
	Description	Informational text, which describes the form.
	Set custom favicon	The URL for the customized favicon that you want to be displayed in the browser tab. The favicon and the title of the form are displayed in the browser tab when a form is opened from a browser. The images you can use as favicons must meet the following requirements: Image format: .png, .gif, .ico Image size: 32x32 pixels
Location services	Yes/no toggle	Toggle to enable using Google API to find the location entered into Address and Geolocation form controls. Yes: Switch toggle to Yes to use Google API to find the location entered into Address and Geolocation form controls. Allows form users to interact with a map and select a location other than the current location in the Geolocation control and to search for an address in the Address control. No: Form users are not able to use Google Maps in the Geolocation and Address form controls. Important: You must enter the Google Maps API key to enable Maps and searching for an address in the form controls. This field appears when you switch the Location services toggle to Yes.
	Enter the Google Maps API key	(Displayed only when the Location services toggle is set to Yes). The API key that's passed to access the Google Maps Platform. For information about Google Maps API keys and how to create and use one, see Using API keys. Important: Ensure that both the Maps JavaScript and Places APIs are enabled.
	Set maps default location (Geolocation control only)	(Displayed only when the Location services toggle is enabled). The location the map is automatically pinpointed to when you select the Geolocation control. (Use current location) - Populates the Google Maps default area field with your current location.
File upload	Maximum total size (MB) for all files on the form	Specify the maximum total size allowed for all files uploaded on the form. The maximum allowed total file size for start forms and task forms is 1250 MB. For table forms, the maximum total file size is inherited from the associated File column configuration in the table. The maximum allowed total file size is 2500 MB. Note: You can set custom error messages for form and control limits in the Form designer. Open the Form designer, click the Translate tab, and click Error and system messages in the left panel. Type the error messages you want to display.
