4. Build the Site Requests Workflow

In the next several steps, you build the Site Requests Workflow. You add both system steps and user steps. The K2 server performs system steps which include sending emails and updating columns in the Site Requests list. User steps require human interaction, such as making a decision to approve or reject the site request. You add steps and configure outcomes, which are the paths the workflow follows depending on the approval decision. Finally, you deploy the workflow which publishes it to the K2 server and makes it available for use.
