Processes

The Management Console in K2 Workspace is superseded by the K2 Management Site and you should use the K2 Management Site to administer your K2 environment, rather than Management Console in K2 Workspace. (In certain cases you may need to use the Management Console in K2 Workspace to perform tasks that are not exposed in the K2 Management Site.)

The Processes node allows you to manage specific process settings per process definition, such as Process Rights, Process Instances, Process Versions, String Tables, Roles and Activities.

Node Description
Process Rights Manage User permissions for the process definition
Instances Manage process instances (e.g. Start, Stop, Delete, and Goto an Activity)
Versions Manage and delete versions of the process definition.
String Table Configure String Table values associated with a process definition.
Roles Configure Roles associated with the process definition.
Activities Set Task Action rights per activity.
