Open the Preferences window

  1. On the Nintex Bot Menu Bar, click Account.
  2. Click Preferences in the Account Panel.

Note: Changes to preferences are not saved until you click OK on the Preferences window.

Import Nintex Bot preferences into Nintex RPA LE

If you are a legacy Nintex Bot user, you can import your preferences into Nintex RPA LE by using the Import feature. By default, a file called FTConfiguration.mdb is created and saved by the Nintex Bot Administrator in C:\\Program Data\Foxtrot Suite.

  1. Click Import in the lower left corner of the Preferences window.
  2. Click Yes in the Preferences Import window to continue.
  3. Navigate to where the FTConfiguration.mdb file is located and select the file.
  4. Click Open.
  5. Click OK to continue.
  6. Select the required user for the import and click OK.

    7. The selected preferences import into your local Nintex RPA LE.
