Alerts
An administrator role is required. For information, see User roles.
This page lists alert notification settings. You decide who gets notified when workflow instances fail.

An alert is sent for any failure of a published production workflow on the Nintex Automation Cloud tenancy.
No alerts are sent for failures of development workflows.

Alerts are sent by email to the email address associated with the Nintex Automation Cloud user.

A maximum of 12 alerts per hour. This hourly maximum for alerts per user reduces the risk of too many emails in the case of an unhealthy or badly formatted workflow. The hourly maximum, which resets every hour, on the hour, corresponds to the five-minute polling interval used in most cases.
