Change regional settings

You can change the regional settings for a workflow. All workflows in the tenant use the tenant's regional settings. You can change the settings of individual workflows to use a different timezone and locale format as required. The default regional setting for all workflows in the tenant is configured in Configure workflow regional settings.

Change the regional settings of an individual workflow

  1. Open the workflow.

  2. On the toolbar, click Settings.

    The Settings panel is displayed.

  3. Click the Region & Timezone tab.

    Workflows that have never had their regional settings changed will display the timezone and locale inherited from Configure workflow regional settings.

    Workflows that have had their Regional settings configured will display the previously selected configuration.

  4. Set the Use the tenant’s default regional settings for this workflow toggle.

  5. If you selected No for the Use the tenant’s default regional settings for this workflow toggle:

    1. Select a timezone from the Timezone drop-down list.

    2. Select the locale format you want from the Locale format list.
