General settings
Define the title and description of your form, configure Location services for the Geolocation and Address control in web-based forms, and allow or deny form submissions for forms with data variables.

Set custom favicon |
The URL for the customized favicon that you want to be displayed in the browser tab. The favicon and the title of the form are displayed in the browser tab when a form is opened from a browser. The images you can use as favicons must meet the following requirements:

Yes/no toggle |
Toggle to enable using Google API to find the location entered into Address and Geolocation form controls.
Important: You must enter the Google Maps API key to enable Maps and searching for an address in the form controls. This field appears when you switch the Location services toggle to Yes. |

Enter the Google Maps API key |
(Displayed only when the Location services toggle is set to Yes). The API key that's passed to access the Google Maps Platform. For information about Google Maps API keys and how to create and use one, see Using API keys. Important: Ensure that both the Maps JavaScript and Places APIs are enabled. |

Set maps default location (Geolocation control only) |
(Displayed only when the Location services toggle is enabled). The location the map is automatically pinpointed to when you select the Geolocation control. (Use current location) - Populates the Google Maps default area field with your current location. |
