The ServiceNow - Query records action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. queries records of the table type you specify, limiting results using conditional statements.

Configure the ServiceNow - Delete a record action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add, rename, and copy actions.

  2. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Create a ServiceNow connection.

  3. Select the Table Name type to query records from.
  4. Type the Maximum number of records to return.
  5. Select a variable to Store record Ids.
