Configure the ServiceNow - Create a record action

Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add, rename, and copy actions.

Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
- Select the Table Name type to create.
- Click Add fields to add additional inputs to pass into the table you create. After you click Add fields:
- Select additional inputs from Fields.
- Click Add.
The new input fields appear in the configuration panel.
- Select a variable to store the Record System Id.
