Configure the ServiceNow - Create a record action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add, rename, and copy actions.

  2. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.

  3. Select the Table Name type to create.
  4. Click Add fields to add additional inputs to pass into the table you create. After you click Add fields:
    1. Select additional inputs from Fields.
    2. Click Add.
    3. The new input fields appear in the configuration panel.

  5. Select a variable to store the Record System Id.
