Configure the Microsoft Teams - Update a team action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

  2. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
  3. Select the Team to update.
  4. Note: Team to update drop-down list displays a maximum of up to 999 teams. If you want to select a team that is not in the list, you need to insert a variable in the Team to update field.

  5. Type a New team name for the new team, or insert a variable in the New team name field.
  6. Type a Description to describe what the team is about.
  7. Select who can see or access your new team from the Privacy drop-down menu.
  8. Expand and select Guest settings.
  9. Expand and select Member settings.
  10. Expand and select Messaging settings.
  11. Expand and select Fun settings.
