Configure the Microsoft Teams - Create a channel action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

  2. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
  3. Select a Team in which to create the channel.
  4. Note: Team drop-down list displays a maximum of up to 999 teams. If you want to select a team that is not in the list, you need to insert a variable in the Team field.

  1. Type a Channel name.
  2. Type a Description of your new channel.
  3. In Output, assign a variable to store the result of the action. You can use this ID later in your workflow to reference the new channel.
