Configure the Microsoft Teams - Archive a team action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

  2. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
  3. Select the Team to archive.
  4. Note: Team to archive drop-down list displays a maximum of up to 999 teams. If you want to select a team that is not in the list, you need to insert a variable in the Team to archive field.

  1. Select an option for SharePoint to read-only for members.
