Configure the Microsoft Teams - Add member to a team action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

  2. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
  3. Select the Team you want to add the member.
  4. Note: Team drop-down list displays a maximum of up to 999 teams. If you want to select a team that is not in the list, you need to insert a variable in the Team field.

  1. Type the email address of member in Member to add to team.
  2. Note: 
    • If you want to add a guest user to a new or existing Team, make sure the user is already a guest of your Azure Active Directory. The workflow will fail if the user is not an existing guest of your domain.

      It may take up to 48 hours for the guest user account to appear in the Team.
