Configure the Microsoft Teams - Add member to a team action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add, rename, and copy actions.

  2. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
  3. Select the Team you want to add the member.

    4. Note: Team drop-down list displays a maximum of up to 999 teams. If you want to select a team that is not in the list, you need to insert a variable in the Team field.

  1. Type the email address of member in Member to add to team.
    2. Note: 
    • If you want to add a guest user to a new or existing Team, make sure the user is already a guest of your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). The workflow will fail if the user is not an existing guest of your domain.

    • It may take upto 48 hours for the guest user account to appear in the Team.
