Azure Active Directory Administration - Disable/Enable user

The Azure Active Directory Administration - Disable/Enable user action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. controls whether a user can log into and access their Microsoft account within your organization.

For example, when a user goes on extended leave, you may want to restrict their account for security purposes. You can use this action to temporarily disable their account while they are on leave, and enable it again when they return, without losing any user settings or information.

Configure the Azure Active Directory Administration - Disable/Enable user action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add, rename, and copy actions.

  1. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
  2. In the User email address field, type the email address of the user whose account you want to enable or disable.
  3. Select whether the Account is enabled.
