Azure Active Directory Administration
The Azure Active Directory Administration connector Service used to define a connection required for associated actions and start events. Examples include Salesforce and Box. Use Azure Active Directory Administration actions to create, update, enable and disable users in your organization, and assign managers to maintain your organization's hierarchy in Azure Active Directory.
The following Azure Active Directory Administration actions are available:
Create an Azure Active Directory Administration connection
You can create connections from the dashboard or designer.
Note: Your browser-stored credentials are accessed to create connections. Either clear credentials from browser memory or make sure the stored credentials are for the intended environment.

- Nintex Workflow Cloud uses the app Nintex Workflow Cloud - Azure Active Directory Administration Connector to create Azure Active Directory Administration connections. This app requires the User.Read.All user permission to read all users' full and basic profiles using the Microsoft Graph API (see the Microsoft Graph permissions reference article).
- The account you use to create a connection for Azure Active Directory Administration actions must have the following Azure Active Directory permissions:

Read and write all users profile

Read and write directory data
To ensure full functionality of your Azure Active Directory Administration connection, ask your Azure Active Directory administrator to grant permission. For more information on admin consent for apps in Azure Active Directory, see the Register an app with the Azure Active Directory v1.0 endpoint Microsoft Azure article.
You can assign connection permissions to other users: see Assign Users and Owners to connections.

Note: This connection needs administrator consent to make changes in your Azure Active Directory. You must be an Azure Active Directory administrator to grant consent. If you are not an administrator, ask your Azure Active Directory administrator to create this connection for you.
- On the top navigation bar, click Automate, and then select Connections from the left navigation.

On the Connections page, click Add new.

In the Add a new connection section, fill in the fields as follows.

Connector Azure Active Directory Administration

Click Connect.

Follow the prompts: enter a user-friendly name for the connection, enter credentials, and grant access to Nintex Workflow Cloud.
Your new connection appears on the Connections page.

Access the Designer page
- On the top navigation bar, click Automate > Workflows, and then select the required workflow.

- On the top navigation bar, click Automate > Create workflow.
- Click the action you want to add the connection to.

In the drop-down list for Connection, select Add new connection.

In the Configure a connection window, fill in the fields as follows.

Connection name A user-friendly name for your new connection -
Click Connect.

Follow the prompts: enter a user-friendly name for the connection, enter credentials, and grant access to Nintex Workflow Cloud.
Your new connection appears in the Connection field.
