Associate and Disassociate a K2 Process with a SharePoint Library - Introduction

This topic will describe how to do the following:

• Manually associate a K2 Process with a SharePoint Library and configure the process association
• Remove a process that has been associated with a SharePoint Document Library  

Considerations

• Specific user rights are required to associate a process with a SharePoint Document Library.  The user rights must be assigned before associating the process to avoid errors.
• Multiple K2 processes can be associated with a SharePoint List or Library, however, when the start process event is triggered such as adding a new document then all the associated K2 processes will be started.
