K2 Process Portals - The Active Status View
The Active Instance view presents a list off all the currently running process instances.
- To stop an active process instance click on the Folio property of the process instance and select Stop from the drop down
- To delete an active process instance click on the Folio property of the process instance and select Delete from the drop down
- To advance the process instance to a particular Activity click on the Folio property of the process instance and select GoTo Activity from the drop-down
- To start a new process instance click on Actions and select Start New.
