When accessing the K2 View Flow for the first time on a client machine, it will be necessary to Install the correct permissions to allow the user to view the K2 process. The K2 Workspace URL must be added to the Internet Explorer's Trusted Sites by the local machine Administrator.
The following message will appear if the K2 Workspace URL is not added to the Trusted Sites:

When selecting K2 View Flow in the Worklist Action's menu and the View Flow pages opens for the first time, the user will be presented with a message box. Click the Install button ![]() |

The K2 ViewFlow Setup Manager will open. Click Next ![]() |

Read the EULA, select the I agree tick box and click Next ![]() |

The folder is displayed where the K2 View Flow will be installed. Click Next. ![]() |

The K2 View Flow component is now installed and will be displayed ![]() |
If Silverlight is not installed, the following image will be displayed which provides the option to install Silverlight or continue to view the non-Silverlight View Flow. The option chosen can be saved. This will ensure that the user is not prompted in future.

When opting to use the non-Silverlight View Flow, the configuration as described above will still be required. When opting to use the Silverlight View Flow, no further configuration is required. |
