Folders preferences

Use Nintex RPA Preferences to adjust the default Folder preferences when creating botflows A file that stores the actions and variables designed to automate tasks..

Example: By default, C:\Program Files (x86)\Nintex\RPA\ is selected as the save location for the Data folder. Select another location to save data files, such as a network drive. This will save time when creating botflows if you know you will prefer to save your data files to a network drive for shared access between the Nintex RPA bot and Nintex RPA Central.

Set Folder preferences

To set Folder preferences:

1. Click Account from the Nintex RPA Menu Bar.
2. Click Preferences in the Account Panel.

The Preferences window displays.

3. Click Folders.

The Folder configurable fields display.

General

• VBScript: Change the default VBScript directory when creating a VBScript action.
4. Click OK to save the changes.
