Task preferences

Use Nintex RPA LE Preferences to adjust the default Task preferences when creating botflows Automated steps that you can design for each bot that will run..

Example: By default, Show icons is selected when working with tasks in a botflow. Deselect the Show icons to not show action icons when working with botflows. This will create a less cluttered view if you do not require the icons to display when working with botflows.

Set Task preferences

1. Click Account from the Nintex RPA LE Menu Bar.
2. Click Preferences in the Account Panel.

The Preferences window displays.

3. Click Task.

The Task configurable fields display.

General

• Show icons: Defaults to displaying an icon next to an action name in a botflow. Clear to disable.
• Show target info: Defaults to displaying targeted application information. Clear to disable.
4. Click OK to save the changes.
