Folders preferences

Use Nintex RPA LE Preferences to adjust the default Folder preferences when creating botflows Automated steps that you can design for each bot that will run..

Example: By default, C:\Program Files (x86)\Nintex\RPA\ is selected as the save location for the Data folder. Select another location to save data files, such as a network drive. This will save time when creating botflows if you know that you will prefer to save your data files to a network drive for shared access between the Nintex RPA LE bot and Nintex RPA Central.

Set Folder preferences

1. Click Account from the Nintex RPA LE Menu Bar.
2. Click Preferences in the Account Panel.

The Preferences window displays.

3. Click Folders.

The Folder configurable fields display.

General

• Botflows: Change the default botflow Automated steps that you can design for each bot that will run. folder when saving or opening a botflow.
• Data: Change the default database directory when opening a database file.
• File Actions: Change the default action An instruction within a botflow. directory when creating a file or folder action.
• Images: Change the default images folder when creating action images.
• Logs: Change the default logs folder when creating or editing log files.
• VBScript: Change the default VBScript directory when creating a VBScript action.
4. Click OK to save the changes.
