Resize Me

The Resize Me action resizes the Nintex RPA LE window. Running the action changes the dimensions of the current running instance of Nintex Bot to one of the sizes selected. If multiple monitors are present, the position of Nintex Bot will remain on the current screen, but will move to the extreme position. This action can be helpful when Nintex Bot gets in the way of actions or observations by the user.

Create a Resize Me action

  1. On the Actions list, click Me and select Resize Me.

  2. Select a Size to option: 

    • Exact size

    • Top left quarter of the screen. Nintex Bot will move to this position and the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • Top right quarter of the screen. Nintex Bot will move to this position and the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • Bottom left quarter of the screen. Nintex Bot will move to this position and the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • Bottom right quarter of the screen. Nintex Bot will move to this position and the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • Left 40% of the screen. Nintex Bot will move to this position and the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • Left 50% of the screen. Nintex Bot will move to this position and the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • Left 60% of the screen. Nintex Bot will move to this position and the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • Right 40% of the screen. Nintex Bot will move to this position and the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • Right 50% of the screen. Nintex Bot will move to this position and the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • Right 60% of the screen. Nintex Bot will move to this position and the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • Top half of the screen. Nintex Bot will move to this position and the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • Bottom half of the screen. Nintex Bot will move to this position and the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • 40% of the screen size. Nintex Bot will not move positions, but the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • 60% of the screen size. Nintex Bot will not move positions, but the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • 80% of the screen size. Nintex Bot will not move positions, but the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

    • 100% of the screen size. Nintex Bot will not move positions, but the window will be resized to the selected width and height.

  3. If you selected Exact size, enter the exact Width and Height in pixels for Nintex Bot. Optionally, click the Magic Wand to use the Expression Builder. The default screen size is 300,300.

    Note: Nintex Bot will not be recentered. It will be resized using the Top and Left coordinates.

  4. If you selected Exact size and you want to use Nintex Bot's current size, click Use Current to automatically populate the Width and Height text boxes with the current screen size.

  5. (Optional) Add a Note to document special instructions or functionality.

  6. Toggle the run switch to Run and click OK to execute and save the action.

    7. Note: The run switch is set to Run by default. To create or modify this action without executing it, click the slider to change the option to Don't Run.  For more information, go to Action Builder.
