Editing Sensor Properties
Each sensor in the catalog contains properties and information about past changes. The information is grouped into tabs in the Properties pane of the main Sensor Catalog window. Each tab displays the following information when selected:
All editable sensor fields are invisible to end users.
Simple Sensor Properties
The Properties Pane of the simple sensors consists of tabs that display the following information when selected:

General: The sensor's primary properties

Bubble: The bubble's design properties and details

Notes: A free-form text field in which you can type comments. You can use this tab to note the sensor status, testing details, required review, and more

Changes History: All changes to the sensor's content and properties that were saved since the sensor was created
Multi-step Sensor Properties
The Properties Pane of the multi-step sensors consists of tabs that display the following information when selected:

General: The sensor's primary properties

Launched Wizard: Provides a list of the wizards launched by this sensor

Notes: A free-form text field in which you can type comments. You can use this tab to note the sensor status, testing details, required review, and more
Notes may appear in exported Word or PowerPoint files.

Changes History: All changes to the sensor's content and properties that were saved since the sensor was created

Version History: Lists the previous versions of the sensor

Advanced Commands Count: Provides a list of the Advanced Commands found in the sensor
Saving and Discarding Changes
Each time that changes are made to the sensor properties, you can save or discard the changes.
To save or discard sensor property changes:

Select the sensor from the Studio Sensor Library category list

Edit the sensor properties from within the Properties pane

On the bottom of the Properties pane, select Save changes or Discard changes.

Changes are saved or discarded according to selection.
