Workflow Server

The Workflow Server node provides administrative functions related to workflows in the K2 environment. Use the tree nodes to navigate through the administrative functions you can perform on workflows, or click the task links in the Workflow Server landing page to go directly to that operation.

Task	Usage
Workflows	Administer Workflow instances, rights, roles and versions.
Server Rights	Manage server-level permissions in the K2 environment, such as Admin, Export and Impersonate rights.
Working Hours	Manage Working Hour Zones (primarily used for escalations).
Schedules	Define and manage schedules that will automatically start instances of workflows.
Errors	Manage Error Profiles, view Workflow instances in error state, and retry failed instances.
String Table	Manage environment-specific string table values ('variables').
