Start and log into Nintex Bot

Note: Nintex Bot start times vary depending on the network speed and license location.

Start Nintex Bot using one of the following methods:

  • From the Windows Start menu, select Nintex. If you did not accept the default settings when installing Nintex Bot, the Windows Start menu path may be different.
  • From within the Nintex\RPA installation folder, double-click Foxtrot.exe.

Double-click the Nintex icon on your Windows desktop.

If your administrator enabled logins, you are prompted to enter a username and password.

  1. Type your Username.

    2. The username is not case sensitive.

  2. Type your Password.

    3. The password is case sensitive.

  3. Click Sign in.

    If you have been assigned the Participant role by an Administrator, click the Nintex RPA Central hyperlink to open the Nintex RPA Central Botflows page and run botflows. If you need to verify or change the Nintex RPA Central URL or request access to Nintex RPA Central for the Nintex Bot, click Settings (gear icon).

    If you are an Administrator or have been assigned the Designer role by an Administrator, the Home Screen opens.
