What is the Save PDF Action?
The Save PDF Action saves a PDF document.
Creating a Save PDF Action
Drag the Target Selector over the target PDF document. If this is the first time the PDF document was targeted, Nintex RPA LE will attempt to create a PDF connection automatically. (For more information about PDF connections, read the PDF Connections article.) If a connection already exists to the target PDF document, a More Targets menu will appear above the PDF window. Drop the Target Selector onto the PDF Document menu item.
A preview of the connection

will be displayed for easy reference. Select the Save PDF Action (

from the Actions list.
You will then have the option
() to save the PDF document
using a new file path or its existing file path. If saving the PDF
document to a new file path, you will be required to provide the file path (
).
Choose Overwriteexisting
file (
) to overwrite
the file if it already exists.
Click the OK button to save the Action.
