Add a Clear List Column action to a botflow

This example provides the steps necessary to add a Clear List Column action to a botflow.

To add a Clear List Column action to a botflow:

1. On the Actions List, click Lists and then click Clear List Column from the Column list.

The Action Builder window for Clear List Column displays.

2. Set the Clear List Column settings.

List: Select an available list from the List drop-down.

Column: Select the list column to clear from the Column drop-down.

3. If needed, adjust the Run Error Task settings to fine tune how the action runs.
4. If needed, adjust the Run Switch setting to create the action without running it.
5. Optionally, add an action note.
6. Click OK to add the Clear List Column action to the botflow.
