Create a process group

Only Promasters A Nintex Promapp system administrator who administers a Nintex Promapp site and has rights to view and edit all areas of a Nintex Promapp site., Business Analysts A user who can create and edit all processes if not restricted by permissions, view all reports and edit Roles and Responsibilities. and Process Group Champions A user responsible for the maintenance and improvement of all processes within their area. can create new process groups Process groups are a collection of processes that share a common theme or objective. Process groups enable you to organize and manage your processes, arranging them in helpful categories and controlling who has access to them..   1. Go to Processes > All Processes.
  2. On the top-right of the page, click Add New Group.
  3. Title: Type a title for the process group. This title will be displayed in the map view and the left navigation pane.
  4. Champions: Add the champions A user responsible for the maintenance and improvement of all processes within their area. for the process group.
  5. Objective: Describe the process objective and when it applies or any other useful information.
  6. Background (optional): Add additional notes about any special conditions.

Note: The background and objective sections are a clear description of what the processes aim to achieve and where they apply. The background and objective sections can also include notes on why the processes exist, context around any special circumstances that affect them or reference to legislation or regulations that might contribute to their purpose.

  1. (optional) If the Process Variations Management Add-on is enabled, click Add Default Variation and select the details.
  2. To create the process group overview map, click Group Overview and follow the details in the Process Group Overview topic.
