Settings

The settings menu is accessed by tapping the options menu icon in the top left corner of the app and allows you to maintain your device storage by deleting downloaded attachments and resetting user details.

  Option Description
SYNCING Mobile data On by default. When this switch is on, the Nintex Process Manager mobile app synchronizes processes using mobile data when there is no Wi-Fi available. Wi-Fi is recommended as synchronizing may use a large amount of data. See the section on syncing for more information.
DATA Delete Downloaded Attachments Deletes downloaded (and cached) attachments. All attachments will return to a not downloaded state. See the topic on downloading attachments.
Reset User

Selecting Reset User will perform the following:

  • Removes the following from the device:
    • All cached processes and process groups
    • All pending submissions, favorites, recents, and feedback
    • All cached downloaded attachments per process
    • Current authentication token
  • Signs you out of the app
  • Takes you back to the app's authorization screen

LANGUAGE Auto Sets the app interface language to the same as the device setting (only English or French). This setting translates everything apart from your process content. Our recommendation is that you create a process variation for "Français" with your translated content. For each process that needs translation, this will allow your front-line workers to switch the process content to French also.
English Sets the app interface language to English.
French Sets the app interface language to French.
