Fixed an issue where after changing a Nintex Workflow integration, upgraded workflows were going to the old Nintex Workflow tenant. This setting was due to the integration setting been cached for 24 hours before the upgrades would succeed. This has been changed to now cache for 30 minutes. Users should wait at least 30 minutes after an integration change before attempting an upgrade to their new Nintex Workflow tenant.

Resolved an issue when an upgrade is failing if the workflow has no name. The Nintex Workflow workflow is now created with the blank name given a default of 'No workflow name was provided'. This will be appended with numerics if duplicates exist.
