Preview

In the Preview tab, you can see how your form will actually appear and behave in a web browser, preview the styles, test the fields you defined in the Form designer tab, and test the Rules that apply to your form.

You can check out a preview of the form using an existing item ID, which lets you see how the form will appear with that item's data. Entering the item ID will fill populate the form with the relevant data.

Preview form

1. Click the Preview tab at the top of the forms designer.
2. Select the preview mode from the Preview as drop down.
3. (Optional) To preview the form with data from an existing item, enter the item ID in the Item ID field and click Preview next to it.

   Important: In order to preview item data using the form preview, you must save the form and ensure that the item exists.
