Use the Webex - Create a meeting action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. to create a new meeting.

Configure the Webex - Create a meeting action

Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.
- Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
- Create a Title for your meeting.
- Insert your meeting Start date and time as well as your End date and time.
- Indicate if you would like to Auto record meeting.
- Complete the other options as needed.
