Use the Webex - Create a meeting action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. to create a new meeting.

Configure the Webex - Create a meeting action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

  1. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
  1. Create a Title for your meeting.
  2. Insert your meeting Start date and time as well as your End date and time.
  3. Indicate if you would like to Auto record meeting.
  4. Complete the other options as needed.

  Title Title of the meeting. Has a maximum of 128 characters. Text, Decimal, Integer, Boolean, DateTime, Collection
  Start date and time The start date and time that the meeting will begin. Example: 2021-01-01 08:00:00 Text, Decimal, Integer, Boolean, DateTime, Collection
  End date and time The end date and time that the meeting will conclude. Example: 2021-01-01 08:30:00 Text, Decimal, Integer, Boolean, DateTime, Collection
  Auto record meeting Option to record the meeting. Default is set to yes. You will not be able to record with a free account. Boolean
Host Allow first user to be cohost Indicate if you would like the first user to be a cohost. Default is set to no. Boolean
  Any user can cohost Option to allow any users in the meeting to be a cohost. Default is set to no. Boolean
  Join before host To allow any of the meeting invitees to joint the meeting before the meeting is started by the host. Default is set to yes. Boolean
  Minutes before host How long you would like invitees to join the meeting before the host. Default is 0. Integer
  Host email The email address of the host. Text, Decimal, Integer, Boolean, DateTime, Collection

  Exclude password Meeting will no longer require a password for participants to enter. Boolean
  Public meeting Allow an invitee outside the organization to join the meeting. Boolean
  Reminder time in minutes How long in minutes that you would like invitees to be reminded to join the meeting. Example: 15 Integer
  Only authenticated devices A check where only authenticated devices can connect to meetings. Default is set to no. Boolean
  Send email Allow invitee to send emails to all other invitees. Boolean
  Site URL A site URL to a specific domain. Text, Decimal, Integer, Boolean, DateTime, Collection

  • Invitee email: The email address of the person you want to invite to the meeting.
  • Invitee name: The name of the person.
  • Cohost: Option to allow the person to be a cohost. Default is set to no.
