Delete rows
Use the Tables - Delete rows action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. to delete rows from a table. You can delete specific rows from the table by specifying conditions. If no conditions are applied, all the rows in the table will be deleted.
Note: The maximum number of rows that can be deleted in a table using the Delete rows action is 1000.

Configure the Tables - Delete rows action

Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.
- Select the table you want to delete rows from in Table name field.
- Add conditions to specify which rows should be deleted from the table. The rows that meet the specified conditions are deleted.
Note: If no conditions are applied, all the rows in the table will be deleted.

Create or select a variable to store the action output in Result.
