The Slack - Post a message action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. sends a message to a Slack channel. For more information about the Slack connector, see Slack.

Configure the Slack - Post a message action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add, rename, and copy actions.

  2. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.

  1. Select a Channel type.
  2. Select the Channel you want to send a message to.
  3. Type the Message the action sends to the channel.
