The Salesforce - Store a file action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. stores the file to the specified destination in Salesforce.

Configure the Salesforce - Store a file action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

  1. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
  2. In Source file, select the file you want to store.
  3. In Destination location, select a destination type:
    • Library: Select a Library value and specify the Path where you want to store the file.

    • My Files: Enter the Filename.

  4. In Output, select a variable to store the ID of the file you want to store.

    • Filename: The name of the file to store in Salesforce. Accepts an inserted variable.
